I tried using the search engine on this one, but could not find what i was after. My question is : If in the future, laws are brought into effect outlawing the posession or trade of various plants and cacti( that at this point in time are still legal), Can the photos and information we post now on these plants ( e.g san pedro ) be used by the authorities to provide sufficient evidence for a warrant or to build a case against a forum member, acting well within the law at the time of posting ? It would be very easy for the law to see who has large collections of these ethnobotanicals by reading the forums ! As unfortunately I think that the laws regarding these currently legal plants will be tightened eventually ! I personally have a completely unblemished record. I would hate to think my legal posts, trades and pictures could be used against me in the future !
