You guys are aware that China is contractually binded to defend NK in the event of an invasion right ? under any circumstances, it is a given. Russia also borders NK. After the latest BRICS meeting Russia held unplanned war games. whilst China has started amassing troops on the NK border. America is systematically advancing on multiple fronts and encircling and provoking. This is probably the closest we have been since the cuban missile crisis. It only takes one more war on one more continent to mark this officially as the much prophesied and feared WW3. I think we are in a good place to ride things out down here though. I thought the bulb wattage must be matched to the ballast. From my understanding, a smaller bulb will usually be fed a wattage close to what the proper bulb takes, and will generally overheat and may catastrophically fail. Any catastrophic failures may not necessarily happen quickly. A larger bulb will be underpowered, and will operate at reduced efficiency and may have a shortened lifetime as well as putting out a reduced spectrum not just less lumens. The ballast may also overheat from prolonged operation with an oversized bulb that fails to warm which can be a danger. Far from optimal considering the price difference between the two ballasts is quite small.
