and Tasmanian..... you may need to look into why they are grown.... they are also overrated (for baking purposes) I will add my sarcasm has been wasted.. I will also add the Tas varieties have been bred for a very narrow climate range, soil type and require intensive horticulture with massive chemical inputs for optimum production. Honestly you can find several varieites that will be easier to manage (for baking purposes)
