    the time has come.

hmm, to have such an understanding of law as you claim to, wouldn't one require at least an equally good understanding of grammar? i don't think i'll be following your 'plan b', as the paper you reference here (and have shared to the forums before) which says there are 2 seperate australian commonwealth's was a cleverly disguised anti-Semitic propaganda device and any 'plan' influenced by that must surely be ill-informed. here is a link to the paper i too have now mentioned: http://www.shaman-au...62 EDIT: after reading over this post it sounds pretty nasty, i didn't mean it like that. seems iv'e made a habit of this recently . i just meant proclaiming to have a way we can all beat the system, based from highly questionable texts written in deliberately confusing and emotive manners, by a person who may or may not have the ability to even negate basic law seems hopeful at best to me.

Tips on impressing a hot date! haha

from the sounds of how you achieved this date (not wanting to watch a particular horror film alone) it is likely this girl doesn't expect you (or want you) to be the macho, single-night-of-fun type of chap, and you will likely get a second (and third, etc) date, as that says, to me at least, she has a similar outcome in mind to you from this link up. i hope that doesn't sound weird, i had trouble putting to words what i meant apart from that, whitewind's advice is solid good luck on woo'ing what may be your dream girl dio

    Id for unknown tricho

looks like a straight bridge to me, i have a few that look mighty similar
  4. sure, but gregs religion (which theoretically speaking is a legal entity, at least within Vic) is based only upon spiritual use of these compounds, the rest of the dogma is up to the individual within the establsihment. so, if you have a spiritual experience during a session can you not, without lying, claim to be active within the community of infininte colour? are we all not now providing discussion that is essentialy forming the basis for the foundations of such a community, hence not excluding any one of us? the only difference with gregs idea and standard religious models is that, ideally, we happily accept that other people have slightly different ideas whilst still being aware we are working toward a common goal, rather than renaming urselves catholocism, christianity, mormonism etc in a stupidly divisive manner (although, here we are dividing ourselves)
  5. why is telling a court your use is spiritual so distinctly a lie? i may not believe in god, gods, or deities, but under the circumstances of a psychedelic session it is certainly not un-common for folk to 'meditate' on a stimuli (song etc) and come out the other end with a strange connection to that stimuli. even if that is just hearing a particular guitar riff that you like whilst 'tripping' then when hearing it again sober remembering in particular the time you heard that under the influence, and remember how it made you feel .that is spiritual. spirit > soul > psyche(delic). the very etymology implies spirituality...

legal highs to be tested on animals

yes. i have taken ketamine, and a large number of other drugs (in hospitals and as medication) that produce psychoactive effects and have definately been tested on animals. no, this is not ideal, but apparently they do not want my help as an LSD test subject

    Terscheckii x Pyscho0

i have one (or 3) young ones also, biggest probably 10 inches at most. probably my favourite cactus as far as looks are concerned, i will add a photo at some point. it may actualy be psycho0 x terscheckii, but i am uncertain at this point. infact, looking at yours i'd say i do have the reverse cross, doesn't look like it will grow so fat... nice plant anyway man

    Nuclear power

http://dspace.mit.ed...le/1721.1/71632 (A new look at low-energy nuclear reaction (LENR); research: a response to Shanahan) , i have no access to university libraries or anything, this is the best scholarly article i have read on 'cold fusion' (note my inverted commas, i use this term as it is recognisable what i mean, correctly i speak of 'Low Energy Nuclear Reactions' or LENR) . this article essentialy states that the original reaction is, despite criticism and lack of understanding to do with variables, reproductable with a measurable result that can not be entirely put down to testing error. this is far more encouraging than the 'cold fusion is impossible' antics of the past. the process i describe is just the basic parts, i am no nuclear physicist (or physicist at all) so i don't exactly understand the more complicated version of events, although by my logic the KoH solution is heated by current, which eventualy starts to give off hydrogen at the same time the water temperature reaches hot enough, then when you increase voltage the neutrons are forced off via the intersecting magnetic fields of tha cathode / anode, attracting electrons from the solution, creating a charged plasma, putting pressure onto the created hydrogen to give off helium-3, which bubbles out / discipates, renewing the cycle. the nuclear reaction occurs in-situ to the chemical reaction. like i said though, i am no physicist, it just seems to me like people who ARE in the field seem to be making advances that in high-school i was taught to be impossible. edit: added title of linked paper edit 2: here is a reactor built by italian university of bologna, demonstrating stability with higher output of energy than required to run the reactor. linked to is a series of papers, somewhat suspiciously also from university of bologna residencies. apparently they have allowed third parties to take their own measurements, although i haven't seen any of these papers. ( http://pesn.com/2011...apers_released/ ) this suggests that the reaction occurring may not be that of fusion, due to the lack of measurable radioactivity, and instead a reaction unknown to current physics models or against current physics models is could be implicated. then there is this guy, Keshe (http://www.keshefoundation.org/en/). surely not very credible, an iranian nuclear physicist that has spent the last 30 years odd developing an alternate model for nuclear physics that he claims explains this non-nuclear plasma reaction, hes got some brief videos and stuff that short of shows what he is talking about, but he seems to have multi meters plugged in wrong and other things that subtract from his message. so, there is research being done at least to try and explain, outside of what we 'know', how this reaction happens.

    Nuclear power

'cold fusion' style nuclear power is looking more promising these days, apparently simply pushing current through a non acidic (basic, KoH or similar) solution in distileld water, out of a copper cathode into a nickel anode, will seperate oxygen and hydrogen from the aqueous solution, combusting the hydrogen within the new oxygen bubble, outputting up 10x more power than input. there are a few more factors, resistance of the anode / water (specific temperature range) etc, but still a nuclear reaction giving off power without radioactivity or severely toxic waste products, infact using non-standard model reactions similar, such as the keshe reaction, it is possible to atmospheric Co2 as a simultaneous reaction to the primary energy generation. there is also great improvements in general fusion technology, due to our atmosphere, a reaction quite like the sun is impossible (not enough pressure) so to achieve true fusion one needs to heat the plasma solution to 150,000,000 (sun 10,000,000 degrees, but with out the pressure more heat is required) , as well as magnetising the plasma in such a way that it is suspended without touching the reactor walls, as when the plasma touches the sides it instantly cools. in the 60s a russian team designed a donut-like magnetic field to suspend the plasma in, but only managed to heat it to a factor of 20 the heat required, in the 90s another group got to within a factor of 8. now, there is the ITER test reactor in france that looks to get even closer, if not eventually theorize how to genuinely achieve fusion ( a joint program between many EU countries aswell as, for the first time, china, south korea etc). fission power is much like petrol cars, the big heads of the companies all sat around and decided to slander electric car or what have you technology so they could keep selling their inferior product, uranium has to be mined and so mroe efficient / safe nuclear methods have been slandered, to the point of cold fusion being dubbed 'impossible' at one point'. the incedents at chernobyl and fukushima etc are not indicative of all 'nuclear' power and it is a shame through these events and the technologies weaponization that the term 'nuclear' has become emotive. cold fusion reaction: D-D fusion reaction:

    Mandrake preparation

a little off topic, but the latest in this thread reminds me of a time a i was visiting 2 former aquaintances at their home, and one walked in the door with a variety of bottles he had recieved from a friend of his whos dad was an extremely old pharmacist or collector of old pharmaceuticals or something, but one of these bottles was a tincture of belladonna, i'll never forget the smell of the stuff. weird, crude resin had fallen out of suspension over the years, so the bottle consisted of high proof alcohol and some gunk. one of said aquaintances decided he would taste a droplet of the liquid, knowing belladonna to be dangerous but thinking 1 droplet would be minimal. about 30 seconds after he dropped it onto his tongue his pupils were maximum-dilated and he could no longer salivate properly (if at all) and had trouble eating, spent 2 days in his bedroom confused and mildy delerious, physicaly ill from not being able to take his oxycontin (hit by car > gamme knees > opiate addiction). tropane tinctures are wild, if you are to make one for use (which i would not recomend), i would suggest pretty extreme dilution. dio

    msx vitus

^ i too would be worried when my free, un-wanted "boner pills" (at first i thought hillbilly was entirely joking, until i wasted half a day finding the msxpills testimonials which were much as he had written) turn up and present themselves as a poorly packaged assortment of small sticks. perhaps they are suppository?

best phrases to "f off", tele marketers

i don't actually say anything, as soon as i hear a slight delay i hang up. fuck it, even if it is my overseas based brother it wasnt worth spending 15 minutes on the phone anyway. not holding the telemarketer up also means they have more time to call some other sod, a win win. once however, the telemarketer was a middle aged 'australian' man, and boy was he unhappy with my performance. he rang be back immediately, to comment on how horrible my phone skills were and how my parents must be terrible for not teaching me manners, i said, 'listen here c**t, your lack of ability to gain real employment is not my problem. i would like to speak to your supervisor about your harrassment'. i hope i got the prick sacked, scraping the bottom of the job barrel once youve been sacked from telemarketing.

    Rate a BEER @ sab.com (shaman-australis.com)

VB 9 / 10 (i know some people will hate on me for this, but thisi s the standard to which i old all other beers. perfect bitterness) jameson raspberry alle 7 / 10 ; surprisingly tasty and not too sweet, perhaps the fruit added early so as to ferment the natural sugars. nice summer beer. any 'smoke beer': 0 / 10 . i'm not sure how those europeans drink this business, literally tastes like ham. a bottle shop nearby sells mixed 6 /12 /24 packs of boutique beers at a discount rate, so i often used to go ands mix and match many for a sample. i find a lot of them too sweet, like little creaters pale ale. also my next ddoor neighbour is a semi-proffesional microbrewer, with his brew in a few pubs around town, ive been meaning to ask him for a sample or at least what pubs he is in, would be interesting. i love beer.

NASA's new project crashes and burns.

i think jabez's point was that if we want to see much advancement in the materialisation of our space visions, private enterprise is the only real option as governments give us results like the video above. privitisation may not be ideal, but it seems to me less than ideal or not really at all, at least not for the average non-scientist / airforce type bloke. hopefully space mining ends up fun and entertaining like red dwarf and not overhyped, dull race war filled like avatar.

    Good boot recommendations

look for an aussie brand 'tuf'. i had a pair of tuf lace ups which i wore every day for 5-6 years, only a worn down heal moved me to replace them. i replaced them with a pair of brittish 'kickers' made by the 'grinders' boot company, so far ive had them less than a year and there are holes through the soles etc. those english working class musn't work very hard, their boots are lousy. edit: i can only find vague refferences to them online, perhaps tuf footwear has gone under, a shame, as i was about to start looking for a new pair.

i notice you ommited the lyrical passage about the great dionysus, a shame nah, good effort man, nice to hear a somewhat finished product of something you were discussing with us only the other day. quality of music aside (albeit of good quality) your ability to actualy finish it and willingness to upload for us is impressive in its self

    Thee Truth About Hair

i would have thought more likely that the indigenous americans were'nt passionate about fighting for vietnam. similar occurences have happened many times when people are dragged into wars, for instance, the papuans who were enlisted to fight he japanese along side us in world war two, or the second sino-japanese war, were measurably good soldiers, but when taken over to the island of bougainville because of their apparent ability in war, they stopped fighting as they were no longer in their own land. i think the idea of colonial expansion is as foreign to indigenous populations around the world as the foreigners occupying their land.
