i must say, i can't bring myself to eat a quarter pounder (or, especially, a double quarter pounder). that is just far too much mcdonalds for me. i do fully understand where all other arguments are coming from, i just think like everything else there is still a percentage of people that don't abuse the goodness. been strange since that fast food recipe book came out, haven't heard of any clandestine food bootlegging operations, can't quite be as bad as meth.

good thing about shitty bass guitars is that its harder to discern through the sound that it is of low quality than a standard variety (to the stock standard music listeners ear), i picked up one brand new from a local pawn shop for about 150 to keep my bassist friend occupied when he comes here, but now i equally love to play it i can't really advise on how best to learn, as i teach myself and am apparently a poor teacher, but learning the basics online or through books might save you some money/awkward moments paying an instructor those first few sessions. good luck man.

i've not heard of fracking before, but after reading the initial sentance on wikipedia involving the word 'hydrocarbon' i imagine it is some oil grab from some allotrope stone formation or similar. horrible, why would that even be a consideration when they could spend equal money on other power-generating methods. some people in the world amaze me, why do they always find there way into positions of at least some power.

pretty cool idea, but how would it taste? simulated food goods often arent very good quality, i know i would rather buy a nice bone of leg ham rather than a nice can of spiced ham. also, what would then happen to stock farms/farmers, would they have to do culls to keep numbers acceptable that then wouldnt even be eaten? one last question, what wold be more expensive to manufacture, a cow (throuigh farming) or hiring scientists to grow a muscle in a jar? sad, but often production cost dictates which ideas we go for
