I feel that your owned by the government as soon as you have a birth certificate. Your in the matrix, lol. I hate being part of the system and would love to just drop out. I saw a video on Facebook the other day where a guy was pulled over by the police, he refused to blow into the breathalyser, he admited he didn’t have a drivers licence and the car wasn’t registered. He seemed to know his rights and had a spiel . The things he said....I couldn’t believe he was getting away with it. It looked like it was in a country town and the police seemed to be familiar with this man and his spouse. The police just let him go! . If it was in suburbia and the event wasn’t being filmed, they probably would have pulled him from the car and gave him what for.

Gawd we’re a hopeless bunch, all of us wanting this but no one puts their hand up to help ( me included). : ( I would have been happy with just a bit of music , food to share and company ( and of course a place to camp, lol) , no need for formal talks etc. Family is of utmost importance, sad news for you and your family Ronny. What species of frog are they and how small are they? If they are tiny, aphids are good, also fruit fly from the compost bin. Make a swoop net with fine mesh and sweep it through grass to pick up meadow plankton. Shops that supply crickets can usually order smaller crickets , you could ask them. Colder weather can make slim pickings for wild caught food. Maggots are usually not digested and are better left to pupate. Pupae from a meat diet are usually blow flies and too big for small froglets, better off with house flies that usually diet on cereals and cowpats etc. I have recipies for breeding house flies, but if you only have a few frogs it won't be worth the trouble. You could put a heap plastic aquarium plants in the water to reduce insects drowning while you have to feed small insects.

I haven't had a good walk around the gardens for years, so I don't mind going for a walk around if no one shows up, more cheese, sundried tomatoes and olives for me, lol. The idea of having meets at people's houses is an option, however, I kinda don't have visitors so I'd feel bad for not reciprocating. So going by the most recent posts in this thread we'd have less than half dozen of us at the next meet. Unless more people chime in, perhaps we should postpone for now, but lock in a date for later. We do have funnel webs in Victoria, not sure of the venom strength compared to Sydney funnel webs. Don't feel so bad about not getting Her out and about much, my sister has a Geman Sheperd that is now 13 and has only been out for a walk a few times. He's giant and my sister can't control him as she has disabilities. But he has had the best life, lots of love, good food, plays with the cat, sleeps on the bed...gets treated like her child, lol. You know....you could always get a playmate for Freya , a smaller dog. I'd recommend a ferret instead as they play well with dogs ( from my experience) , but geez they stink, and are messy, funny as heck though.

Not a current photo.will update later. This is my dog, "Killer". He is in his 17th- 18th year. I inherited him 16 years ago when my mum left this world. In his younger days he was very aggressive towards other dogs and protective of who ever had him on their lap.( there were never any injuries to other dogs or people). We think he is a Foxy cross Chihuahua. Being a cross breed, he has been very healthy and only ever been to the vet to get a few teeth pulled. Being 17 or 18, he has his good days and bad days. We love him. Care to share a pic of your dog? Edit;I have been looking for the vaccination certificate all afternoon( first and only) just to try and work out killers age. In December 1992, killer was 5 months old ,so that makes him 18, turning 19 next July ,yeah?! Around 90 if he was human. He can still see and hear ,walk and pee.( not incontinent).
