I rang the Botanical Gardens to see about booking the rotunda and was told it cost money, but was also told that no one has booked it for tomorrow, so I'm hoping we can hang out in there. Yeah, its gonna be 11 degree and raining, but it could always be colder and wetter... there's no forecast for snow or floods lol. Just dress warm and bring hot chillies for internal warmth. A sook to strangers ?.... We're not strangers We really need to take care of our backs. We need to be aware of how we are using our body. It may take years of using your back the wrong way before it shows. We should be squatting more, and be carful of how we lift things. I recently did a manual handling course at work and i learned a bit from it. (I saw a resin skeleton with a prolapsed disc (formerly known as a slipped disc?!) and it made me cringe) . I hope you can find something creative to do in your time off work DeadStar. Maybe take up a new hobby, or a short course on line ?! All the best anyway hey

With my job I am almost on call, ........no, I'm not a call girl, lol, but the shifts get changed around so much i never know when i will be free unless i put in for time off well in advance. If a date is set, I will try to make it. I do like the plant meets hey.

Of course we liked the photos?! Lol. So what time of the year are babies most likely to be in pouches? Spring I imagine?! We get a lot of Roos on the road to work. There are road signs and led signs but they roos still get collected. It's an average of 2 a week dead on the side of the road. It's just along one particular stretch of road too. We need a tunnel for the cars. . When I first heard someone at work talking about 'spray painting' the dead body of a roo / wombat etc.., I was about to fire up, and then they explained why it's done. Lol
