Why not just make a site very free draining prophet? I'm thinking of planting a whole heap of cacti at home, getting sick of spending so much cash on potting mix, it'll just make removal of them harder when I leave.. Those babies get huge and stunning...

Theres already systems like this available, groware for an example.. We have one at work, cant remember what its called off the top of my head, you can control, mist, fog, vents (fan & roof) tells you humidity, and pulls screens over when theres too much light about.. Might be Priva come to think of it...I know for sure its priva humidity sensors.. Cool systems none the less...

Perhaps we could do it during Mardigrass? If we just get a spot at the usual place or around there, and then we could go into town every so often. For those who would like to come to camping and mardigrass that live far away would kill both birds..and make it alot cheaper..

Heard of it but never tried it.. I'm not going to bother tryin though, always find with cuttings the smaller they are, the slower they grow, could imagine how long a leaf cutting would take to grow..I now always take cuttings atleast 1 1/2 - 2 inches long...they grow pretty quickly like this..

Imo it wouldnt matter if it were de-skinned, if your boiling for a hours on end you should get most of the goodies out anyway, blending it certainly makes it harder to down.. My friend told me that if he cooks he de-spines it, then cuts like above and then boils, boils boils.. Re: white stuff..have heard that this is the part that sickness comes from, not sure if its true though..

Anyone into Nofx around these woods? Saw them last night and they played a kickarse show, they have such great diversity for a punk band. For anyone that has a slight interest in punk I highly recommend you try these guys out, The singer actually writes about things that matter which is hard to get with other punk bands.. And for those who do listen to them, they played : The Decline! I was completely schocked..
