I dont think they are hygrocybe conica. (bleckaneing cap) according to paul stamets, and mushroom with a purple black staining is not deadly.. most likey psilo and if not psilo, non deadly... fingers crossed.

Hey there, I'm interested in peoples thoughts for plant remedies for hypopigmentation... my sister is a laser therapist and she had a collegue do some laser hair removal on her back, the girl doing the treatment held the laser too close to her skin and she has some burns on her back... the first thing i could suggest was alovera.. she read that ginger was effective.. any thoughts?? cheers

    Ayahuasca Satsanga

Hey All, Planning a trip to peru for next year. A friend of mine is keen on Ayahuasca Satsanga. Wondering if anyone on SAB has been to this place or heard of whether it would be worth visiting? Strong brew or weak brew? Also.. Can anyone recommend an Ayahuasca Camp/retreat? Thought i'd get some opinions before i spend heaps of coin getting there. Cheers, Hedonix

    DMT, Dreaming and THC withdrawl

All very interesting thoughts. Cheers!! I'm looking into this more.
  14. Hi, wondering if someone can shed some light.. or some ideas on this.. A mate from amsterdam has been off the ganja for like 2 weeks now.. he used to smoke 1/2oz through the bong a week, spun with tobacco... Only in the last 2 nights he has started to have some crazy dreams, really vivid... he said he knew they were coming at some point because he has quit the weed before.. previously the vivid, mostly horrible dreams have scared the crap out of him and he would wake up feeling un-easy and scared until relaxed again and went back to sleep.... This time is different...he tells me he is now looking forward to dreaming becuase this generally equates to healthy pineal function, REM sleep and secretion of DMT. So if i'm correct his brain is kind of working properly as far as I can gather....? But I'm wondering why the dreams are so intense when he's going through the withdrawl of cannabis? and why do the dreams settle down after a month or so? Last night he dreamt he was with his brother and sister, in a car... eating MDMA pills, driving the car and waiting for the pills to kick, he had doubled up. The pills hit him.. and the feeling was exactly like he was pinging in real life... so much so that he had to tell me..He said it was incredible.. euphoria, rolling-shakey eyes, and he was really struggling to drive the car. He came down and wanted more..frantically searching for more pills and trying to gather thoughts as to how many he'd given away for free.. He told me he felt like he was in control of the dream for the most part and travelled to several other places, known and unknown... local and far away... What I want to know is, is it just DMT secretion that is responsible for dreams? He came to me for insight but i'm unsure.. Why are they so intense when he stops smoking the ganja? I've been reading Snu's 'garden of eden' It's an amazing book but i still can't understand why the brain does this.. has anyone had the same thoughts? Thanks Hedonix
