I currently only take 1 mg of Xanax sometimes. The highest I've ever taken that I can remember is 1.5 mg. So yeah I'm not really addicted in any sense, I just have more of a tolerance than I would like. So basically I'm not looking for Kava to help withdraw off benzos or anything, and I'm not planning on taking it in combination. I plan to stop taking Xanax the instant I get Kava powder lol I just think it is the best substitute based on what I have been reading. I take Xanax for social anxiety which is why I still need something else after I stop taking Xanax. I'm also practicing meditation etc. but that takes time. Also does anybody know how much Kava you get off one plant? Say if you grow it for 4 years? On that link you posted reflections, it says for the kava root powder And the same for the Kava therapeutic products (powder, capsules, tablets, etc) What is the difference and does this mean I can just import it now, but it just has to get checked by quarantine? It's strange because I thought you had to get approval to import it for medical conditions. The only reference I can find to that is from 2007 though. Get a hold of some Atenolol, doctors commonly prescribed this basically freely for stage fright. It will stop your heart rate going up, stop sweaty fingers/palms etc. Basically it blocks the adrenaline most people release when lying. So therefore no effects of the adrenaline are present. Otherwise, yeah, just convince yourself that the lie is the truth. It's actually quite easy to do lol People do it all the time without even knowing.

Hmmm ok interesting. All I know is it's a lot cheaper compared to Doubs which was like $70 if I remember correctly. But if this Oil doesn't have the strong Aniseed flavour it might not be worth it. Thanks for that.

This would crash the filter for an unknown number of hours. If people were to do this all the time, the government would HAVE to get rid of it. This is if it's implemented anyway, hopefully we can fight it off before that happens.
