Just heard an interview this morning on Triple J - Ben Lee's been delving into the world of ayahuasca. The interview will be up on the podcast later today. It was only a short interview, and Ben didn't go into that much detail.... it sounded like Tom and Alex didn't really know how to react when Lee started discussing ayahuasca. They did ask Ben if he had ever taken it, and Ben said yes; he had been working with Ayahuasca. Looks like Ben Lee also published a brief article on Ayahuasca when he was guest editing Magnet Magazine last year- http://www.magnetmag...-lee-ayahuasca/ There's a documentary showing on ABC1 tonight about the life of Ben Lee, at 9.30pm; I doubt there will be anything about aya in the doco... - haven't seen it yet myself... - still sounds interesting though! http://www.theaustra...l-1226257033009 Anyone checked out his latest album, Deeper into Dream?

I knew what it was to be insane. I could understand perfectly well why the silly fools that aren't insane are afraid of being insane. I'd been that way myself when I didn't know any better.

Just got back from my Ega road trip early this morning, had a very comfortable stay around the Albury area over the past coupla days waiting for a new coolant cap for my car to get ordered in - thanks racq for putting me up in some smick accom What can I say, I'm an Ega addict!.... hope I can survive the oncoming two year hiatus! Many thanks to Ronny, the organisers and all the crew for putting on another amazing Ega , much thanks and gratitude as always It was good to spend some face to face time with the entheo community, and put some faces to some of the display names and avatars on here. Much love to all the new friends and old faces I had the pleasure to share time with with.

I'm keen as bro. edit - No plants, but I have a garden stake I can swap. No really, it's actually a decorative thing. And maybe I'll bake a cake. -
Actually it looks like I'm going to make the Monster Mash Thought it was on Halloween exactly, but yeah it's on the weekend. And my flatmate'll be there so I won't be a nigel, yay! Catcha there!

Brooklyn's a purdy sweet spot. -
rip Adrian, only met you once but it was good talking to you.

and when loppy eats you, the insects come; and then reality shatters into brilliant shards of spinning coloured glass? maybe..... maybe not..... maybe both at the same time!
-
rip Will. Was good catching up with you and the Brisbane ethno community at the couple of Botanical garden meets I went too. Was sad to hear that your vegas house got affected by the floods this year. Warm wishes to your family and son. Your plants will live on in my garden.

Hmmm, well I guess I would put myself in the neat/sloppy category. Every once in a while my room will be organised and everything will be easy to find and accessible, and then as time goes by and life gets lived shit ends up on the floor and on my desk, and in the corner of the room. Man I wish I could sit at my desk to do my assignment right now.... but really, if I started cleaning my desk then I wouldn't have time to study, and eat dinner, and type stuff in this little box etc etc. One thing I am good with is the dishes, yeehaaa! Simply because if dishes don't get washed, then they go mouldy; and cockroaches come, and then it gets complicated.

Awwwww, going to miss the Monster Mash :'(. I just realised I'll be in Melbourne as I already promised I'd do the Melbourne Cup... and the plane tickets are booked..
