I am not living in Witta this year. So no daily checks for me. Although I was up in the hinterland today didn't get out to the farm but it was dry most places I stopped to look from the road, with only a few Pan Ants visible

Yes, it has been a very early start this year RC. It's always extra late for me being one in of highest/ coldest places on the Sunshine coast Hinterland. But I was surprised to find them so early this year. And in such abundance everywhere

I'll be in the field come Tuesday morning if this rain comes Monday. Haven't bother to check the ground temp as I can't find my thermometer after moving house. I'll let yous know how I go?

I just got home from work and we seem to be getting a decent amount of rain up here (Maleny) today. Fingers crossed. As this has been my lowest yielding year so far
