Thanks all. I think I already feel beneficial effects from the extract, after only 2 weeks. Could be the good old placebo, but who cares ? I will try the multi gram dosage some day soon.

theobromos, I just started to take Ashwagandha as a daily tonic, but never experienced what you refered to as intoxicating effects. Whats your dosage?
