I have often been thinking the HR and DLR fields had a deafening absence of psychedelic focus. This could give us the boost in publicity we need.

Wow! I never thought anyone would talk about this. I had an interesting experience when i was a teenager with this method. I was about 17 and on my way to the carnival. Me and my friends had been using various other substances (alcohol, mu and CB1 agonists and a tiny tasting of our homemade 'absinthe' which was just wormwood in vodka, it was fuct). ANYWAY on the way there we passed a leonotis plant which i pointed out to my friends and told them 'it contains drugs'. They suggested i should chew on the flowers to try to get an effect. I had more than described above; pretty much as many of those orange burning-tyre-flavoured flowers could fit in my mouth. As i said i can't be sure if this was to blame, but when we arrived at the carnival i experienced some weird things. Firstly i felt lightheaded and euphoric, but this was mild compared to the 'main effect' which went as follows TLDR: so when i entered the carnival i suddenly found myself 'waking up' for lack of a better term. Like i was just all-of-a-sudden in the carnival, with no memory of arriving or getting there or who i was with; i had no idea what was going on! Lots of noises and colours were at first baffling, then i realised i was at the fair. Then i spotted my friends ahead of me wondering why i was standing 50m back with a confused look. I shook it off and approached my friends again, but this happened another 2 or 3 times. Eventually it stopped happening and we enjoyed the festivities, including rolling and smoking a j on the spinny spinny ride whilst the carny (who was also smoking) kept pointing at the NO SMOKING sign. It was pretty funny but i guess not relevant. I suppose the end is that years later i was visiting my grandparents in the area and my grandfather showed me a flyer for the exact carnival, as he originally saw it, in 1936 ! Then i thought maybe it was a weird genetic memory thing where i was 'remembering' being there before, even though it wasn't this 'me' last time. But maybe this is crazy talk. I hope you all enjoyed my story, i will now be taking questions. d:-)

2Tru m8. I am reading a book at the moment called Chasing the Scream (the first and last days of the war on drugs), by Johann Hari. It is very good, albeit bleak, but this (what you said) is his main contention. Punishment only worsens bad behaviour. You can ask any psychologist (or read a high school psychology textbook). It is appalling how few people know this. Especially those in power and those who enforce the powers. As Johann says 'the current system seems designed to increase drug addiction and worsen drug related harms'. He also shows that the causative relationship between childhood abuse and drug addiction is at least as strong as the relationship between obesity and heart disease or tobacco smoking and lung cancer. So criminalising children, and their parents especially, (for their drug use) will obviously dramatically worsen the child's outcomes. Basically we hurt the people who have already been hurt the most.

how exactly is it not legal to film someone threatening you? i get that it may be illegal to film on someone's property without their permission, but if they start violence or are threatening your life you must be entitled to record the evidence. As for farmers being unhappy with hippies on their land, i didn't think this was texas! i am on my parents' farm right now and i can assure you all the ~50 neighbouring families would not take strong issue with it, they would probably just suspiciously ask what you were up to. I do it all the time when the neighbours stroll around on our land! People around here don't seem too fazed by such things. Personally i wish it was like sweden where you can go on anyone's property unless you camp within 100m of their house, or if they find you and ask you to leave. it makes much more sense. people should be allowed to walk about the earth, as long as they don't cause any trouble (or make infuriating lawsuits...) finally incog your dad sounds like a cunt. i am sorry for how your life must be and have been.

- The Half Blood Prince Here's what i do. When i am sick, i make a Potion of Cure Disease. I put into hottish water (should be touchable) the following if i have them available: garlic, ginger, chilli, black pepper, lemon juice, lemon balm, mint, plantain, sage, catnip...any other herbs with supposed cold fighting powers. i really need to get some echinacea plants. Apparently there is good evidence that whilst they don't prevent colds, they do significantly shorten their duration. edit: honey! der
