rogdog, If you want a really good outcome YOU NEED A LAWYER! I know I been in your shoes too many times It does NOT matter how good you are at talking to a judge as he see's many just like you every week saying the same things that you are going to say! What a good lawyer does is communicates with the Prosecution behind the scenes and basically gets you a deal before the judge even hears your case, the lawyer will then make requests to the judge & when the prosecution does not abject your lawyers suggestion's the judge 99% of the time will sentence you as your lawyer & the prosecution have requested. Good luck.......... And remember some of the lawyers become pretty good mates with the police prosecution as they are usually both always at the court house on a day to day basis...........

On November 20, 2008, CBP Field Operations officers and agriculture specialists performing manifest review targeted for examination two arriving international shipments originating out of the Czech Republic and manifested as “herbal incense.” Upon examination by CBP, the one carton shipments contained numerous individual pouches labeled “Spice Diamond” and “Spice Artic Packages disguised as incense contain HU-120, a highly potent narcotic. Energy.” CBP Field Operations officers opened the three gram packets and discovered a brown plant material inside. The substance inside the packets was immediately field tested for the presence of THC but yielded negative results. The plant material was sent to the CBP laboratory for further testing to determine the presence of narcotics. CBP laboratory results confirmed the substance contained a verifiable amount of HU-120, a Schedule I controlled substance and a synthetic cannabinoid. HU-210 is 100 to 800 times more potent than natural THC from cannabis. Five shipments containing HU-210 has been seized by CBP, at the port of Dayton, with the most recent seizure occurring on January 13, 2009, which was alerted on by a CBP narcotic detector dog for the presence of narcotics. The total gross weight of more than 100 pounds of this prohibited substance has been seized by the CBP Port of Dayton. "This very unique discovery of the narcotic, HU-210, is possibly the first of its kind for CBP," said David Murphy, U.S. Customs and Border Protection director of Field Operations in Chicago. “I would like to commend the fine work that the CBP field operations officers and agriculture specialist displayed by detecting and eventually confirming the presence of a Schedule I controlled substance.” Customs and Border Protection officers are stationed at express consignment facilities throughout the United States. Wow I used spice for a good few months as I was being drug tested and I needed something to keep me humming along, I never really got great effects from it & it never showed up in any of my Urine tests either.
