Mate i really hate to be the bearer of bad news but that is not a roseii or even a peruvian. It looks to be a nice bridgesii or bridge cross though. Well done.

Hey fnqmane Mate Mountain Goat is on to it^^. I think everyone has there own rituals that they form after stuffing it up a few times. The most important thing is that you give it a crack. Trust me you learn more from it not working. I agree with Mg i personally think your going to have more grief than gain with the glad wrap on small seedlings. The surface tension from the pere sap holds them in place. I also think the install & removal of the gladwrap is a pretty hazardous affair. But you should try everything to see what works for you. Personally I leave mine in the shed in a plastic storage container in almost complete darkness. In winter i even put a blanket under and over the container to keep it warm.... So complete darkness. The container also help you control the moisture and fresh air exchanges. I keep mine like this for 2 weeks and then go straight into a light box. I spray the entire insides with a fine mist before putting the grafts in and then water the pot the pere is in after a few days. I do find that if a water droplet lands on the seedling union the chance of rot goes through the roof. Good luck with it mate!

Ha thanks guys! Karl thats not a mister. Its just a milk bottle with a fish tank heater in it. The raised water temp helps keep the humidity up and more importantly the grafts warm. I use this over winter.

Got off work at 4 today and smashed a few grafts out.

Loph Alberto-vojtechii. Very early flower but big for a flower? Unfortunately i wont have any pollen for it. I think this graft is only about 4-5 months from sowing. Its around 30 mm

Nice they look werd... I must admit i think i recall 3 seed pods and another called a name.... O will know??? All my 3 funkys came from the same pod batch. Mate you have done an amazing job to get those lens to bloom up!!

Whiora x Roseii 2 .... there were a few like this in the seeds i put down, heaps of variegates as well. scop x red grandi TBM Funky Lotusland Peuvian/cuzco? monstrose Echinopsis Crest... very high hopes for the progeny when this fellow flowers x with a scop or terscheckii?

One of a couple of varigated plants from some seed collected from dawsons( the plant was a J1 looking Peruvian right in front of the short spined terscheckii) I send seeds of this out to a few people so hopefully there are a few more around?? I think it was called dawsons j1 looking peru x open My hunch is a bit of terscheckii or pasacana in there???? Here is the Mumma and pod the seeds came from. (Im not sure why it was labeled J1 looking as i dont think it looks very J1 in hind sight...probably the long central )
