[admin: warning, this member is giving wrong legal advice. see post #33 for more details] Hey guys. I was interested in weather or not prints are importable, so I decided that I'd give it a shot. Today I recieved three different strains of P.Cubensis in print form a canadian based website company. Delivered without any dramas within 9 days of purchase. The package had "Microscopy Sample for Mycology Research" written all over it. No cranky calls from customs - no visits by any figures of authority. So if any of you lovely shaman australis members are hesitant about doing this - I can safely say theres no reason to be concerned. I did alot of research and from what I could gather, importing the prints is legal, and importing syringes is illegal. Now I am convinced this theory is true, due to the fact my package arrived unscathed. Attached was a doc that I have since pulled down showing prices and strains, bulk discounts etc... Online vendors tend to be pretty pricey - but IME a top service. Shall be getting out my microscope for some inspections this weekend, I wonder if theres difference between substrains, visually? Cheers, Mort. ..EDIT.. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS - I have now unknowingly broken quarantine laws. Turn to post 33 for the true legalities of what I have attempted. This post is left up here as an example of what not to do.

The pix of the flowers I've seen can vary greatly. Gorgeous fkn plant. Can you post a pic of your mother plant/flower if possible? I'm interested in how purple the violet is, how white the white is, and how dark the stem is. PM'd too (although I may be too late). Thx heaps generous sir! -

Gordon Ramsay's dwarf porn double dies in badger den
MorteiN replied to Seldom's topic in News & Notices
Ramsays head looks more leathery. And the dwarf looks like he used some tomato sauce as zinc... Sexy little fella... -
^ Cheers Marcel - they smelt pretty average, and the caps were sticky - so if it had of been more damp I'd say they might of even been slimey. The net says that in europe they cultivate Rugosannulata for food - No way would I of eaten these specimens Thx for the ID brother!

Hey guys, I found these two mushies, and some dead dry ones in my front yard shortly before easter. Can somone identify them please: The weather had been dry and the land was parched. The soil is sandy, location mid north coast nsw. Spore print may look chocolatey brown but from memory was black as night. Stalk bruised brownish, comparable to an apple or banana's bruising. Watcha think guys? Cheers, Mort.

Hey I'm a noob but are these dog turds? I found them shortly before easter on the mid north coast (was pretty damn dry the land and the days that led up) Sort of like spore sacks... had a firm footing in the ground but the tops seem'd hollowish and full of sporey crap. See the older one next to the freshies.

I wasn't aware of the legalities - I was fed comforting and well worded information that mislead me (according to you guys). The suppliers website and phone tech all lead their Australian customers to believe that no laws are being broken. The package was labled very clearly "Microscopy Sample for Mycology Research" Yet it wasn't picked up, confiscated, destroyed etc... Think of the other enthusiasts out there who dont know of shaman australis and just believe what there told, imagine of all the people unknowingly breaking the law. Bit of a grey area...

Yeah the receipt had my detailes rubbed out, but obviously not well enough. The cuntstable got some pearlers out. It was simply to give other hobbyist's out there ideas of discounts, pricing and proof that it can be done. Anything incriminating is removed now, yet I'm still not convinced there was a crime to be incriminated of. I've continued to research around and speak to people and a friend of mine ordered prints after hearing of my success. And after you guys ripped me apart for my stupidity, he decided to contact the supplier and ask for a refund and for them not to be sent. The supplier had this to say: "Thank you for contacting 'SAID SUPPLIER'. Your order was shipped out on March 20/2012. We are allowed to send spore prints into Australia, just not spore syriges. IF you have any other questions or concerns please contact me here or at 1 888 XXXXXXX. Andrew" So they are even urging us to contact them if we are concerned about anything. It seems as though if everything is for legitimate purposes (which it all is), then nothing is an issue right? Cheers, Mort.
