Who am i, What am i, What is i
LokStok replied to Change's topic in Creativity, Spirituality & Philosophy
^this! start training yourself to do this. make an effort to try and take a step back and scrutinise your current thoughts, and in so doing so, make a distinction between those thoughts and that part of you which is doing the observing. *edit- shitspell -
Acupuncture destroyed what little of my back I had left ,all I hear of is how great it is.. anyone else feel the same?
LokStok replied to ☽Ţ ҉ĥϋηϠ₡яღ☯ॐ€ðяئॐ♡Pϟiℓℴϟℴ's topic in Pharmacology, Chemistry & Medicine
these were pretty much my exact thoughts while reading your post thunderhorse. ive had TCM acupuncture a couple of times, lower back & lower leg. Was very happy with the results. My experience of chiro is that it works, but is not a fix, but more an ongoing periodical series of realignments, rejigs & expensive jointcracking. -

Anyone grown Mountain Blueberry or Bush Tomato?
LokStok replied to gtarman's topic in Australian Native Plants
ive grown solanum centrale (bush tomato) a lot. i reckon they are fine with humid atmospheric, but dont like wet feet, in fact prefer almost dry. Ants seem to be the pollinator. if from seed, then smoke or smoke water to get any decent germination. tuff as old fckn boots once up n going. and keepm their toes dry for best fruit production too. -

if you're house-sharing, see if you can sneakily stuff some of your underpants & socks into your house-mates jeans pockets in their dirty clothes basket when they are not looking & then claim them back after they come back from the laundromat. -

ive seen Omphalotus nids a fair bit in Perth metro "burbs" over the years -
yeah, as above, with this genus, the best way to save seeds is to sow them straight away, turn them into plants that then produce flowers, which in turn produce fresh seeds. if you really have to store them, then ive heard that is helps to actually leave them inside the dried berries. (could be wrong with this, dont have any concrete back-up to support at the mo)

i have in the past found myself spontaineously dancing a random jig-step on the day of the 22nd june, which i have attributed to my inbuilts, hardwiredness & the remains of my thinly diluted ancesteral druidjuice recognising the flipover.
